- Copy of identity cards (front and back) of all shareholders with >25% shareholding
- Official proof of address (E.g. telecommunication bill, bank statement)

- Complete Everpeace onboarding form

These are the current accepted forms of payment:
- Paynow
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank transfer
- Enquire rates via Whatsapp/Call
- Confirm your transaction
- Provide information of beneficiary (Everpeace will guide you on what is required)
- Send funds
Everpeace will guide you on the required information.
The following are some examples of the information required:
- Purpose of transaction
- Amount and Currency
- Beneficiary’s full name and address
- Beneficiary’s bank account details
- Copy of beneficiary’s IC front and back (for Chinese nationals)
- Mobile number (for Chinese nationals)
Your funds will generally reach earlier than 2 working business days.
This does not include any compliance/regulation operations required in the destination country.
No, Everpeace will be able to keep the funds safely in case of a refund or a change in destination. Charges may be incurred if any, which will be the customer’s responsibility and liability.
Amounts exchanged below SGD 5,000 will not require any documentations.

- National Identity Card / Singpass
- Cash Bank Withdrawal Slip / SMS Notification (if available )
- Everpeace Inquiry Form (to be completed at the outlet)
